Our journey started in 1982, Pami Thind departed his home country of India in search of better opportunities and found refuge in Cologne, Germany. Being 17 at that time and not speaking a lick of German, Pami stumbled across an Italian restaurant and earned his first job in a foreign country as a dishwasher.
Driven by passion and hard work, Pami embraced the cuisine of this incredible region. Pushing himself to develop his skill as a chef, he advanced to Pizza Maker quickly. The flame of his passion for the culinary arts was further ignited.
Mastering his position as a Pizza Maker created an opportunity for an apprenticeship program in Rome, Italy. The chance to learn and develop his passion for Italian cuisine from scratch was a dream come true. After his apprenticeship program in Rome, he first thanked his boss for the opportunity and decided to head West toward the States. Settling first in Bakersfield, California, Pami pursued his own version of the American Dream.
