Our Story

Our journey started in 1982, Pami Thind departed his home country of India in search of better opportunities and found refuge in Cologne, Germany. Being 17 at that time and not speaking a lick of German, Pami stumbled across an Italian restaurant and earned his first job in a foreign country as a dishwasher.

It has been a 40-year journey which first started in California. Then to Yakima, WA in 2017, and our success in Yakima brings us 2022. Our vision in Richland is a blend of our hearts, love of culinary, and the enjoyment of bringing family and friends together.
